Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping from €150 excl. VAT to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Shipping costs

• Belgium: €6,99 incl. VAT

• Netherlands: €8,99 incl. VAT

• Germany & Luxembourg: €9,99 incl. VAT

Delivery times

We process and ship your order within 1-2 working days (Belgium and the Netherlands) after receiving your payment. As soon as your package is handed over to one of our carriers (Bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS), you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order.

For Germany and Luxembourg, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are indicative, we have no control over delays caused by shipping companies.

Orders placed during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delay or loss of packages

Have you not received your Track & Trace code after 3 days, or does your package seem delayed? Please contact us at info@clinita.shop so we can promptly check the status.

In the exceptional event your package is lost by the carrier, we can start an official investigation 5 days after shipping. This investigation usually takes around 7 working days. We can only proceed with reimbursement or reshipment once this investigation is concluded.
