Returns

Given the nature and quality of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions. If your order is damaged, incorrectly delivered or incomplete, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Report this in advance by e-mail or via the withdrawal form. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. This also applies to any samples, gifts and accessories that may have been included.

NB:
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used PMU pigments, needles or other sterile products.

The return costs are always at your own expense, unless there is a case of incorrect delivery or transport damage. As soon as the package is received by us in good condition, the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs will be refunded to you.
