Postage costs
Belgium: €5.99 incl. VAT (service point) or €6.99 incl. VAT (at home)
Netherlands: €7.99 incl. VAT
Germany & Luxembourg: €9.99 incl. VAT
For orders over €150 excl. VAT we ship for free to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
Delivery time
We will process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days within, Belgium and the Netherlands) after we have received your payment. As soon as we transfer the package to one of our carriers (Bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS), you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order.
Normally your order will be delivered in Germany and Luxembourg within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Please note that this is indicative, unfortunately we have no influence on any delays at the delivery service.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delay or loss
If you have not received a Track & Trace code after 3 days, or if your package appears to have been delayed, please contact us at info@clinita.shop so we can check this immediately.
In the exceptional case that your package is lost by the carrier, we can start an official investigation after 5 days after shipping. The handling of this investigation by the carrier usually takes another 7 working days. Only after this investigation has been completed, we can possibly proceed to compensation or reshipment.
